WPIL Ltd arm completes acquisition of Rutschi

WPIL Ltd. European subsidiary Gruppo Aturia had entered into a binding Share Purchase Agreement with NewCleo on 6/08/2023 for sale of its subsidiary Rutschi (consisting of Pompes Rutschi France and Rutschi Fluid AG Switzerland) for a consideration of 68.9 million Euros subject to terms and conditions of the SPA.

The transaction has been completed on 19/12/2023 in line with the terms of the SPA.

Shares of WPIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3104.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3117.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2161 in over 236 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3145.95 and intraday low of 3080.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6715727.00.
