Roto Pumps Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2006, inter alia, to approve and take on record unaudited financial results of the Company for the IInd quarter ended September 30, 2006 and to consider recommendation of the dividend, if any.
