Bajel Projects Limited lists on BSE and NSE Mumbai, 19 December 2023: Bajel Projects Limited (Scrip Code 544042 Name: BAJEL) today listed on the Indian stock exchanges, Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). The milestone was marked with the ringing of the opening bell at BSE to announce the listing by Mr. Shekhar Bajaj - Chairman of the Company, Mr. Rajesh Ganesh -Managing Director, Mr. Ajay Nagle - Executive Director & Secretary, Mr. Maneck Davar and Ms. Radhika Dudhat - Independent Directors, along with Mr. Girish Joshi Chief - Listing & Trading Development, from the BSE.
In the year 2022, the Board of Directors of Bajaj Electricals Limited embarked on the demerger of the Company's EPC business consisting of Power Distribution and Power Transmission, to be separated from the Company's core Consumer Products business. This was finally approved by National Company Law Tribunal (Mumbai Bench) on 8 June 2023.
