Moneyboxx Finance Limited allots 43,12,001 shares

The Board of Directors of Moneyboxx Finance Limited on December 19, 2023, has approved the allotment of 43,12,001 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at a price of Rs. 172/- per Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 162 per Equity Share) for an aggregate amount of Rs. 74,16,64,172/- (Rupees Seventy-Four Crore Sixteen Lakh Sixty-Four Thousand One Hundred and Seventy-Two) on Preferential basis.

These Shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.

The Company has received in-principle approval from BSE Limited for issue of the aforesaid Equity Shares on Preferential basis.

Shares of Moneyboxx Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 266.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 273.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 83798 in over 297 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 278.00 and intraday low of 252.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21939275.00.
