Info Edge India Ltd to invest in Jeevansathi Internet Services Pvt Ltd

Info Edge India Ltd in its meeting of Committee of Executive Directors held today i.e. on December 18, 2023 has agreed to invest an amount of Rs. 40 lakhs in Jeevansathi Internet Services Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The Company already holds 100% stake in Jeevansathi on a fully converted and diluted basis. Jeevansathi owns & holds the domain names & related trademarks of the Company.

This investment is being done to meet working capital requirement of Jeevansathi.

Shares of Info Edge (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5195.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5221.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20665 in over 3745 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5274.90 and intraday low of 5141.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 107916646.00.
