Smart Finsec Ltd approves corporate guarantee of Rs. 30 crores to Axis Bank

The Board of Directors of Smart Finsec Limited, at its meeting held today i.e. on Monday, 18th December, 2023 at the Registered office of the company has considered and approved the issuance of Corporate Guarantee amounting to INR 30 Crores in favour of Axis Bank Limited for securing the Credit Facility availed by Smart Equity Brokers Private Limited.
