IT search at Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd's offices, residences of promoters

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has announced that a search & seizure operation is being conducted by the Income Tax Department at the Company's Corporate office and the residential / commercial premises of its Promoters from December 11, 2023.

We are cooperating with the officials of the Income Tax Department and are responding to the queries raised by them. We expect that this has no impact on our operational performance.

The Company has been consistently complying with the provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and making requisite disclosures in a timely manner and will continue to do so in accordance with the applicable regulations. As the entire IT assets of all the senior officials including the undersigned were under the control of Income Tax Department since December 11, 2023, for scrutiny, the company has immediately filed this disclosure upon obtaining the necessary approvals from the Income Tax Department officials to access the IT asset of the undersigned for the said filing.
