Tulsyan NEC Ltd sells land

The company has completed the sale of following land, registered in the name of M/s. Tulsyan NEC Limited, on December 14, 2023 by executing the necessary documents / agreements in favour of the buyer - Mr. S. Madhankumar, for an aggregate consideration amount of Rs. 49,50,000: Tiruppur Registration District, Metrathi Village, Kaniyur, Udumalpet Taluk with two obsolete Wind Mill Generator.

The entire consideration amount is received by the Company.

Shares of Tulsyan NEC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 101.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 106.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6442 in over 42 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 109.50 and intraday low of 101.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 662646.00.
