ONGC order with Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has placed a Notification of Award of Contract on December 07, 2023 on Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited for Part Replacement of Pipeline Project (PRPP) on turnkey basis at a total lump sum price of INR 11,45,10,47,012.06 (INR Eleven Hundred Forty-Five Crores Ten Lakhs Forty-Seven Thousand and Twelve and Six Paisa only) including all taxes and duties.

Both Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited & Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) are government companies as per Section 2(45) of the Companies Act, 2013 under the Government of India.

Shares of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2056.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2078.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 53570 in over 2745 trades.
