Trigyn awarded extension of the United Nations OICT Contract

Trigyn Technologies Limited has announced that the contract of its wholly owned subsidiary Trigyn Technologies Inc., with the United Nations for the provision of IT Staffing Support Services for Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) is now extended and will expire on 30 June 2024.

Further the Not-To-Exceed Amount (NTE) to be made by the United Nations under this Contract is revised to US$ 263,142,318.84.

All the other terms and conditions of the contract remains unchanged.

Shares of Trigyn Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 128.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 129.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17229 in over 673 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 132.65 and intraday low of 128.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2249391.00.
