Muthoot Capital Services Ltd completes securitization transaction of Rs. 83.04 crores

Muthoot Capital Services Limited has completed a securitization transaction, raising an amount of ₹ 83,04,34,993/- (Rupees Eighty-Three Crores Four Lakhs Thirty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Three Only) by assignment of two-wheeler loan receivables aggregating to ₹ 88,34,41,482/- (Rupees Eighty-Eight Crores Thirty Four Lakhs Forty One Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty Two Only), on December 06, 2023.

This is the First securitization / direct assignment transaction carried out by the Company during the FY 2023 - 2024.

The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.

Shares of Muthoot Capital Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 389.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 385.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 478 in over 63 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 400.00 and intraday low of 385.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 185957.00.
