Innovative Ideals and Services India Ltd board approves migration to main board of BSE

The Board of Directors of Innovative Ideals and Services (India) Limited at its meeting held today i.e., December 05, 2023 has considered and approved the proposal for migration of listing/trading of equity shares of the Company from SME Platform of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited (BSE) subject to approval of shareholders, exchange and other regulatory authorities as may be required.

The Notice of Extra-ordinary General Meeting for obtaining Shareholders' approval for Migration of listing/trading of equity shares of the Company from SME Platform of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited (BSE).

The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Vishal Thawani, Practicing Company Secretary (Membership No A43938; CP No. 17377), as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the entire voting process of EGM in a fair and transparent manner.
