Seamec Ltd enters into MOA to purchase vessel 'SEA PEARL'

Seamec Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with M/s. SHIPS & BOATS OIL SERVICES, dated 1st December, 2023 for Purchase of Vessel "SEA PEARL", having IMO no. 9468621, Class: RINA, Year of Build 2011 and Shipyard - ABG Surat Shipyard - Surat, India, Flag - Sierra Leone, Place of Registration - Freetown, GT/NT- 1922/647.

The Purchase Price of the Vessel will be USD 7,000,000/- (United States Dollars Seven Million Only). The acquisition will be around the third week of January, 2024 as per the terms of agreement, upon completion of required formalities.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 930.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 908.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3618 in over 430 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 938.95 and intraday low of 907.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3349466.00.
