Sonata Software Ltd fixes Dec 12, 2023 as record date for 1:1 bonus issue

Tuesday, 12th December, 2023 is fixed as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of Sonata Software Limited in the proportion of 1 (One) new fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 1/- each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up existing equity share of Rs. 1/- each held, subject to the approval of Members which is being obtained by way of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting.
