NINtec Systems Limited ("Company"), has infused capital of Euro 10,000 in Nintec Systems B.V., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. Further, Nintec Systems B.V. has also commenced its business w.e.f. 28th November, 2023.

Nintec Systems B.V. shall provide services in the field of information, information and knowledge technology, consultancy, telecommunication and information and communication technology solutions.

Nintec Systems B.V. is registered in the Netherlands and has commenced its business operations w.e.f. November 28, 2023.
