Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd announces resignation of Mr. Vikramjit Singh

Mr. Vikramjit Singh, President of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has expressed his desire to become an entrepreneur. Consequently, he has decided to move on w.e.f February 1, 2024. Vikram has been an integral part of Lemon Tree Hotels for 18 years. He has contributed immensely to the growth of Lemon Tree Hotels and led several key initiatives in various positions he held in the Company. His absence will be felt by one and all in Lemon Tree family.

Mr. Patanjali Govind Keswani, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company commented: "We wish Vikram all the very best in his new venture. Lemon Tree Hotels continues to have a stable senior talent pipeline to take up his responsibilities."

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 114.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 100237 in over 1453 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 115.65 and intraday low of 113.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11467143.00.
