PNB Housing Finance Ltd approves fund raising of Rs. 3500 crore through NCDs

The Board of Directors of PNB Housing Finance Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on November 24, 2023 has approved for issuance of Non - Convertible Debentures up to INR 3,500 Crore (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Crore Only) on Private Placement Basis, in tranches over the next six months.

Shares of PNB Housing Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 784.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 796.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8974 in over 738 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 803.20 and intraday low of 781.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7104691.00.
