Nila Infrastructures Ltd receives LOA for affordable housing project

Nila Infrastructures Limited has on 01/11/2023 received Letter of Acceptance from Gujarat Housing Board for construction of affordable housing.

The project awarded to the Company is for the redevelopment work, of Integrated Group Housing Facility at Khokhara - Ahmedabad.

The project envisage construction of 456 Low Income Group (LIG) affordable housing units for total development cost of almost INR 53 Crore.

The project shall be on PPP basis whereby the Company shall receive transferable development rights of aggregate value of INR 53.00 Crore and realization of additionally constructed 104 (1bhk) & 224 (2bhk) housing units; and 11 commercial shops as consideration.

Shares of Nila Infrastructures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6.61 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6.64. The total number of shares traded during the day was 117024 in over 188 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6.80 and intraday low of 6.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 783817.00.
