Karur Vysya Bank expands footprint in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh

Karur Vysya Bank has inaugurated three new branches - two in Tamil Nadu and, one in Andhra Pradesh. With this the total branch network of the Bank increased to 827.

The new branches that were opened today are

- 825th Branch at Koduvai, Tiruppur District, Tamil Nadu by Shri Pawankumar G. Giriyappanavar, I.A.S., Corporation Commissioner, Tiruppur

- 826th Branch at Nandigama, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh by Shri A. Raveendra Rao, Revenue Divisional Officer & Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nandigama

- 827th Branch at Anakaputhur, Chennai by Dr. Arthi K. Ganesh, ProChancellor, Academics, Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies

With the inauguration of these branches, the ATM network of the bank will increase to 1637 and that of Cash Recyclers to 613.

Shares of Karur Vysya Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 143.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 145167 in over 2843 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 145.25 and intraday low of 142.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20838711.00.
