LKP Finance Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of LKP Finance Ltd has declared Interim Dividend of Rs.3/- (Rs. Three only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 30% of the face value.

The board has fixed 10th November 2023 as Record Date for the purpose of determining the members entitled to receive the said Interim dividend.

The Interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday 10" November, 2023.

Shares of LKP Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 113.14 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.76. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12432 in over 65 trades.
