Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd revises investment in Talcher Fertilizers Ltd

The Board of Directors of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited at its meeting held on October 31, 2023 have accorded its approval for Equity Investment in Talcher Fertilizers Limited (TFL), a Joint venture company, from original approval of Investment Rs1,184.20 crore to revised requirement of Rs 2,169.67crore (±10%) subject to grant of Cabinet Committee of Economic Affairs (CCEA) Approval.

Shares of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 127.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 124.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 390240 in over 3676 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 129.50 and intraday low of 125.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49900549.00.
