Jindal Stainless Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Jindal Stainless Limited (the "Company") at its meeting held on 19th October, 2023, has considered and approved the payment of Interim dividend@ 50% i.e. Re. 1 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share) for the financial year 2023-24 to those equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, October 28, 2023, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose. The payment of Interim Dividend / dispatch of dividend warrants will be completed on or before November 1 7, 2023.

Shares of Jindal Stainless Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 448.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 463.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 72320 in over 3595 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 461.10 and intraday low of 444.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 32645112.00.
