Gujarat Fluorochemicals Board to declare interim dividend

Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006 to consider Unaudited financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors will also consider a proposal to declare an interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
