LTIMindtree Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 20

The Board of Directors of LTIMindtree Ltd at its meeting held on Oct 18, 2023 has approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 20 per equity share of Re. 1 each.

The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration to those shareholders whose name will appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners provided by the Depositories as on Friday, October 27, 2023, being the 'Record Date' fixed for the purpose.

Shares of LTIMindtree Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5456.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5156.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 91221 in over 13121 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5474.00 and intraday low of 5191.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 491284850.00.
