Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Happiest Minds Technologies Limited at its meeting held today i.e., October 17, 2023, has declared an interim dividend of Rs.2.50/- per equity share of face value Rs.2/- for the financial year 2023-24.

The Record date for the purpose of interim dividend has been fixed on October 30, 2023, and the dividend will be paid on and after November 13, 2023, to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of shares as on the aforesaid record date.

Shares of Happiest Minds Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 860.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 857.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9285 in over 800 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 865.85 and intraday low of 858.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7996438.00.
