Ksolves India Ltd board recommends 1st interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Ksolves India Limited at its meeting held on Sunday, October 15, 2023, have recommended the 1st interim dividend of Rs.7/- (Rupees Seven) per share for financial year 2023-24 on its fully paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company to be paid to the eligible shareholders, holding shares of the company as on the record date i.e. October 26, 2023.

The Board fixed October 26, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of 1st Interim Dividend for FY 2023-24.

Shares of Ksolves India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1148.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1098.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30082 in over 1480 trades.
