Bikaji Foods International Limited has made additional subscription of 30,000 common stock in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bikaji Foods International USA Corp ("Bikaji USA") on October 10, 2023. The Bikaji USA has issued additional 30,000 common stock of $10/- each at par. Being a wholly owned subsidiary, there is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in the Bikaji USA, pursuant to this subscription.
