Fine Organic Industries Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company named 'Fine Organic Industries (SEZ) Private Limited' in India.

The new WOS is incorporated in India for the purpose of carrying on the business of manufacturing Specialty Chemical products.
