S I Capital & Financial Services Ltd allots 2 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of directors of S.I. Capital & Financial Services Limited has accorded its approval/consent for issuance and allotment of 200000 number of equity shares of face value of Re 10/- each pursuant to conversion of 200000 number of warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares to Mr. Anu Thomas Cherian (2 lakh shares) person[s) belonging to Non-Promoter Group on preferential basis after receipt of balance amount of 75% against each warrant towards full and final subscription amount for conversion of same into equity shares.

Pursuant to present conversion, the issued, subscribed and paid up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 3,60,00,000/- consisting of 36,00,000 equity shares of Re. 10/- each. The new equity shares so allotted, shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company.
