Booker India Ltd acquires 4.95% in Fiora Online Ltd

Pursuant to the definite Share Purchase Agreement dated 3rd October 2023, Booker India Limited, a subsidiary of Trent Limited has acquired approximately 4.95% of the equity share capital of its subsidiary, Fiora Online Limited from a shareholder.

Post this acquisition, shareholding of BIL has increased to 100.00% of equity share capital of FOL. Consequently, FOL becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of BIL.

The acquisition of FOL equity shares by BIL is for cash consideration of ₹ 4.10 Crores.

FOL is engaged in the business of online retail trade under the brand name 'Starquik'.

Shares of Trent Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2054.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2078.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6082 in over 908 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2084.95 and intraday low of 2052.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12566501.00.
