Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd sells surplus industrial land

Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd has executed the Term Sheet on 2nd October, 2023 in favour of M/s. Beacon Construction, Vadodara (not a Related Party) for sale of surplus industrial land at Village Atladra, Vadodara admeasuring 16208 Sq. meters for a consideration of Rs. 45,75,00,000^ (Rupees Forty-five Crores Seventy-five Lakhs only) subject to compliance of the above referred Term Sheet.

The Company has received token amount of Rs. 2,51,00,000/- and the balance amount will be received on or before 31st March, 2024.

Shares of SHRI DINESH MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 520.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 499.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3743 in over 92 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 540.00 and intraday low of 499.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1951301.00.
