Orient Green Power Company Ltd's croatia subsidiary repays Euro loan

One of the step-down subsidiaries ie. Vjetro Electrana CRNO BRDO, Croatia has repaid its entire Principal and interest outstanding on the Euro loan taken from EXIM Bank Limited. Upon this repayment, Vjetro Electrana CRNO BRDO has no other external Loan obligations. The corporate guarantee provided by the Company for this loan is revoked as a result of this loan closure.
