LIC reduces stake in NMDC Ltd

Life Insurance Corporation of India's shareholding in "NMDC LTD." has diluted from 28,19,33,850 to 22,31,79,825 Equity Shares, decreasing its shareholding from 9.620% to 7.615% of the paid-up capital of the said Company.

NMDC is engaged in exploration and production of Iron Ore along with Diamond, production and sale of Sponge Iron and generation and sale of Wind Power.
