Seamec Ltd enters into loan agreement with subsidiary

SEAMEC LIMITED have entered into a Loan Agreement with SEAMEC UK INVESTMENTS LIMITED, the Companys' Wholly Owned Subsidiary dated 21st September, 2023.

This loan is within the cap of investment approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

The amount of commitment / investment made as on date (excluding this present loan transaction) by the Company to SEAMEC UK Investments Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary is as under:

- GBP 7.1 million towards equity
- GBP 14.25 million towards loan.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 624.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 628.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1775 in over 142 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 649.60 and intraday low of 622.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1137936.00.
