Accident at Kakkanad Factory of Nitta Gelatin India Limited

There has been an accident last night (19.09.2023) at Nitta Gelatin India Limited's Kakkanad factory, consequent to an explosion near the scrap yard. One of the contract workers succumbed to the injuries while four workers have been taken to the hospital and are under treatment.

Shares of NITTA GELATIN INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 820.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 835.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11703 in over 475 trades.
