The Board of Directors of Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., Friday, 15 September 2023, considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 110 (1100%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, for the financial year ending 31 March 2024.



The record date has been fixed as Friday, 29 September 2023, for payment of Interim Dividend.
