NBCC India Ltd inks MoU with Ministry of Steel, RINL and NLMC

NBCC (India) Limited has signed a quadripartite MoU with Ministry of Steel (MoS) Govt. of India, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) and National Land Monetization Corp. Ltd. (NLMC) for Monetization of the Non-core assets of RINL at Vishakhapatnam.

As per MoU, NBCC would act as Technical cum Transaction Advisor and assist Ministry of Steel (MoS), RINL and NLMC in monetization of Non-core assets of RINL available at Vishakhapatnam.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 56.23 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 54.72. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2640857 in over 8916 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 56.95 and intraday low of 53.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 145164692.00.
