Concord Control Systems Limited approves preferential issue to Mukul Agrawal

The Board of directors of Concord Control Systems Limited has approved the issuance of 2,70,000 (Two Lakh Seventy Thousand) Equity Shares at Rs.450/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Fifty only) per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each at a Premium of Rs.440/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Forty only) to the allottees Param Capital - Mukul Mahavir Agrawal (2,40,000 equity shares) and Megha Jain (30,000 equity shares) on a preferential issue basis ("preferential issue").
