CRISIL Irevna UK Ltd to form subsidiary in Colombia

The Board of Directors of CRISIL Irevna UK Limited an existing subsidiary of CRISIL Limited has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of "Crisil Irevna Information Technology Colombia SAS" in Colombia.

The proposed WOS to be incorporated shall provide risk and data analytics, research, modelling assignments, tech-enabled solutions and bespoke research services to its clients. Its services and business will be similar to the main line of businesses of CRISIL Limited.

The application for the process of incorporation of the step down subsidiary will be filed and will be completed subject to approvals from the relevant authorities including but not limited to the Chamber of Commerce (Colombia).

Shares of CRISIL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3851.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3921.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1456 in over 358 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3926.50 and intraday low of 3816.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5634068.00.
