Booker India Ltd increases stake in Fiora Online Ltd to 95.05%

Booker India Limited, a subsidiary of Trent Limited has acquired approximately 4.95% of the equity share capital of its subsidiary, Fiora Online Limited (FOL) from a shareholder.

Post this acquisition, shareholding of BIL has increased to 95.05% of equity share capital of FOL.

FOL is engaged in the business of online retail trade under the brand name 'Starquik'.

Shares of Trent Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2057.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2086.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28313 in over 2676 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2110.60 and intraday low of 2034.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 58202899.00.
