Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Ltd, KMLL sign SSPA with DP World Multimodal Logistics Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Limited in its meeting held on 4th September, 2023, have approved the draft of Share Subscription & Share purchase Agreement ("SSPA") to be executed between the Company, Kesar Multimodal Logistics Limited ("KMLL") & DP World Multimodal Logistics Pvt Ltd.("DPW") for sale / disposal / transfer up to 100% equity and/or preference stake in KMLL, wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company subject to the fulfilment of conditions precedent and necessary approvals from the regulatory/statutory authorities.

The Company, KMLL & DPW has signed the SSPA today i.e., 11th September, 2023.

Shares of KESAR TERMINALS & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 57.69 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 54.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19200 in over 49 trades.
