Kama Holdings Ltd announces 4:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Kama Holdings Ltd at their meeting held today (started at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 01:45 p.m.) have considered and approved increase in the Authorised Share Capital and Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the proportion of 4 (Four) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot in compliance with the applicable laws.

Shares of Kama Holdings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 14765.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14727.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2126 in over 553 trades.
