Kamat Hotels India Ltd to acquire 100% stake in Envotel Hotels Himachal Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Kamat Hotels (India) Limited at its meeting held on 30th August, 2023 has approved the acquisition of 100% Equity Stake in Envotel Hotels Himachal Private Limited consequently making it the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
