HCC in discussions with Demathieu Bard for sale of subsidiary, Steiner Construction SA

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has announced that it is in exclusive discussions with Demathieu Bard, a company headquartered in France, for the sale of Steiner Construction SA, a material subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Hindustan Construction Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 28.22 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.58. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10373261 in over 8573 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 28.48 and intraday low of 26.43. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 283354471.00.
