Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd JV receives LOA

Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited along with M/S G Eng Advisory Services Private Limited and in association with M/S Transtek Engineers and Services Private Limited has received the Letter of Award for providing Consultancy Services towards Independent Engineering Services for the work of Construction and Upgradation to Four Lane from Siwan (Design Ch. Km 4+217) to Mashrakh (Design Ch. Km 50+123) of NH-227A including construction of Four Lane Tanrwa/Siwan Bypass (Km 0+000 to Km 4+217) of NH 531 under Backward area/Religious /Tourist Places (BRT) scheme in the State of Bihar on HAM Mode, from the office of General Manager (T) BH of National Highways Authority of India('the Authority') having reference No. NHAI/HQ/BH/ Siwan-Mashrakh/IE/Proc./2022/150 dated August 24, 2023, as received on August 25, 2023 directly by the company i.e. Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited.

The contract price for the said Project will be Rs. 6,61,20,000/- excluding GST (Rupees Six Crores Sixty-One Lakh twenty Thousand Only). The Contract period will be of 48 months.

The Company is required to furnish the Performance Bank Guarantee within 7 days from the issuance of LOA and to complete the contract agreement execution as per RFP document.

Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 50.62 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 50.78. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3991 in over 53 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 51.35 and intraday low of 50.22. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 202654.00.
