Sealmatic India Limited opens Sales & Service Center in Pune

Pune, also called Poona, city, west-central Maharashtra state, western India, at the junction of the Mula and Mutha rivers. Called "Queen of the Deccan," Pune is the cultural capital of the Maratha peoples. The city first gained importance as the capital of the Bhonsle Marathas in the 17th century. It was the seasonal capital of the Bombay Presidency. Now a sprawling complex of industrial suburbs has developed around the city. Large factories producing a wide variety of products are distributed along the roads radiating from Pune to Mumbai (Bombay), Ahmednagar, Solapur and Satara.

Sealmatic India Limited (further referred as "Sealmatic") opened its "Sales & Service Center" in Pune. Customers in the OEM, the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and mining industries will now benefit from a local competence centre fulfilling needs of the customers in Pune towards application engineering, trouble shooting, failure analysis and host of other services. In addition to the services mentioned the centre in Pune will also act as a regional hub to support sales for OEMs in India and other strategic countries in Asia.

The new facility provides local engineering, sales, and aftermarket support for Sealmatic mechanical seals, which includes:

- Service and repair of mechanical seals for all kinds of rotary equipment.

- Rapid installation and commissioning support at customer locations from Sealmatic's team of local seal and pump experts.

- Onsite facility analysis and evaluation for energy and maintenance performance, and implementation support to improve efficiency and lower total cost of ownership of mechanical seals and systems.

Shares of Sealmatic India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 582.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 600.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12000 in over 20 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 600.00 and intraday low of 580.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7074360.00.
