Ramkrishna Forgings Limited updates on resolution plan for JMT Auto Ltd

Ramkrishna Forgings Limited has announced that the resolution plan submitted for the acquisition under corporate insolvency resolution process of JMT Auto Limited ("JMT") by the as the resolution applicant as approved by the committee of creditors of JMT by way of the e-voting which concluded on 16th January 2023, under the terms of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has now been approved verbally by the Principal Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi ("NCLT").
