Tulsyan NEC Limited sells land in Ambattur for Rs. 55.30 crores

Tulsyan NEC Limited has completed the sale of a land with building thereon comprised in Survey Nos. 181, 182, 183, 184, 185, 186, 196/1, 196/3, 196/4, T.S. Nos. 43 & 45, Ambattur Village and Taluk bearing Door No. 39, Harikrishna Naidu Street, Varadarajapuram, Chennai600053, registered in the name of M/s. Tulsyan NEC Limited, on August 04, 2023 by executing the necessary documents / agreements in favour of the buyer - M/s. Hiliving Projects LLP, for an aggregate consideration amount of Rs. 55,30,00,000. The entire consideration amount is received by the Company.

The proceeds of the sale to the extent of Rs.49.50 crores has been utilised for partial redemption / pre-payment of Secured Non-Convertible Debentures. Post this redemption, outstanding value of Secured Non-Convertible Debentures is Rs.219.50 crores.

Shares of Tulsyan NEC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 62.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 61.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6572 in over 31 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 62.20 and intraday low of 59.79. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 393830.00.
