Snowman Logistics Ltd approves 1st interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Snowman Logistics Ltd at their meeting held on August 01, 2023 have considered and approved Payment of First Interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- per Equity share of Face Value of Rs. 10 each for the Financial year 2023-24 to the shareholders.

The Board has fixed Friday, August 11, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the members for the interim dividend.
