Indo Thai Realities Ltd updates on fire incident

Indo Thai Realities Limited, a subsidiary company of Indo Thai Securities Limited has some assets which are fixed/installed at 'Sky Square' Building located 290-291, PU-4, Scheme No. 54, Behind Malhar Mega Mall, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (herein after the "assets"). The said assets contribute 5.25% to consolidated total income of the Company as per last audited financial statement of the company.

On Friday, July 28, 2023 at around 7:45 P.M., a fire incident occurred at such premises, the fire was controlled but revenue of said assets may temporary disrupt. There are no human injuries or casualties reported. Adequate steps are being undertaken to restore the operation from said premise. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the actual loss caused by it. There is adequate insurance coverage for said assets and intimation to Insurance Company has already been made.

Shares of Indo Thai Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 238.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 246.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 215 in over 17 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 254.50 and intraday low of 236.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50915.00.
